The app may process account email and authentication data, financial entries you enter or approve (transactions, balances, categories, loans and notes), support correspondence and technical diagnostics. The live implementation and vendors must be verified before release.
If the Android version requests SMS permission and you grant it, supported payment messages may be inspected to prepare transaction drafts. You can deny or revoke permission and use manual entry. Detected items should remain drafts until you review and approve them.
Information is used to provide authentication, ledger storage, summaries, synchronization, support and service security. We do not sell personal data or use financial records for advertising. Planned data services include Supabase Auth and Postgres; confirm actual production providers before launch. Providers may process information outside Kenya.
Request access, correction or deletion by emailing support from your account email. Account export and deletion workflows must be implemented and tested before public launch. You may also contact Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
We use appropriate safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. TrackSpend is not intended for children under 18. Do not share passwords or verification codes.
