These terms govern use of TrackSpend, an Android personal-finance application provided by Elevate Media Productions, Mombasa, Kenya.
TrackSpend helps organise personal financial records. It is not a bank, payment service, lender, investment adviser or accounting professional.
You are responsible for checking entries, correcting mistakes and maintaining accurate records. Automatically detected items may be incomplete or wrong. Review drafts before confirming them and retain independent records for important financial matters.
Keep credentials confidential. Do not disrupt the service, abuse it or attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
We aim to maintain availability and protect information but cannot promise uninterrupted service or zero data loss. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate source messages, incorrect entries, provider outages or decisions based solely on app summaries. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Any paid features, prices, renewals and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. You may stop using the service and request deletion through support.
